As an alternative to the resource-excessive and short-term architecture of temporary festivals, the Off-Season Pavilion by KOSMOS proposes to search for the locally available resources of Logroño and give them a new temporary life outside of their productive cycle.
The original building, located in an area in transformation within Barcelona’s 22@ District, was in a state of despair due to insufficient maintenance. Nevertheless, it presented a series of elements that offered glimpses of the building’s great potential. The building was split into six homes, all of which, for the most part, conserved their original layout, barring the odd minor modification. The most intriguing architectural elements, however, were buried beneath a series of basic-quality refurbishments.
The office project for the company Orange Obras Civiles, located in Córdoba capital a few meters from the airport, within the Airport Business Park, is developed in a large building, where the offices for this order are located.

On this occasion, the entire sports facility has been redeveloped to provide facilities with the Paris 2024 Olympic Games values. Developed in association with Celnikier & Grabli Architectes, the stadium consists of 10 playing fields and two buildings, one allocated to football and rugby designed by OLGGA.
Embodying a non-hierarchical collage of traces from changing times, House14a reflects the ongoing narrative of its evolution. Rather than presenting itself as a completed work, it embraces its role as a phase within an ongoing process. Each element, whether rough or refined, old or new, is equally valued, and gains relevance through processing, assembly, and the possibility of continuous adaptation.

In the city of the famous Le Mans 24-hour motor race, the project involves the renovation of offices and the construction of five research halls: vibroacoustic, aeroacoustics, quality control, digitization and simulation, and a hall for surface technology, materials, and industrial interfaces.
The Westhof Dübendorf by Conen Sigl Architects stands on the plot of a former plant nursery along the tracks of the Hochbord area in Dübendorf near Zurich. The neighborhood, a former industrial and commercial zone, is undergoing major restructuring due to its re-zoning into a residential area. Inspired by the site’s history as a plant nursery, the cooperative housing project with complementary communal uses creates an identity-forming place that fosters a strong sense of community and ecological connectivity. Its architectural language, with its robust and simple materialization, echoes the functionality of the previous structure, while the proximity to a nature reserve reinforces its connection to the area’s ecosphere.
In the historic industrial area of Nydalen by the river Akerselva in Oslo, Norway, Snøhetta is excited to unveil Vertikal Nydalen, a mixed-use building with a simplified and self-sufficient climate system, and natural ventilation. The building also forms a new town square for the area.
The co-housing project along the Albert Canal and park of Wijnegem, a stone’s throw from the center of Antwerp. The Molenhoeve is located in the Stokerijstraat in Wijnegem, right next to the Albert Canal.
