RR House / LADO Arquitectura e Design
The privileged sea facing location was the starting point for the project of this single-family dwelling, located in a plot of land with a unique configuration and a smooth topography, with low vegetation which suddenly turns into a rocky cliff facing west to a wild beach of extraordinary beauty.

The new school campus creates within the municipality a place with its own identity. Despite its size, the building and its entrance area are not disturbing the spatial and functional context of the place as it stands on the other end of an urban axis connecting the campus with the village square unveiling its potential to become a lively street. The community character of the building is visually supported by a public library situated in an exposed corner facing the village.

Crème Boutique / All Design Studio
Crème Boutique is a high-end womenswear retail space and shopping experience in Hangzhou, China. The store boasts curated high-quality products exhibited with a chic backdrop designed by ALL Design Studio, led by design directors Liang Liang and Hugo Meyer. Liang, known for his designs of Beijing’s Maison Margiela and Dior pop-up boutiques, and Meyer, who designed the Abu Dhabi presidential campaign hall, collaborated to bring a contemporary and monastic-like experience to Hangzhou’s luxury retail landscape.
Stuttgarter Apartment / Atelier Fanelsa
This apartment in Berlin-Neukölln is completely refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom, floors, partition walls and built-in furniture that provide ample space and a fresh atmosphere. The precise new elements form a stark contrast to the details of the rough, pre-existing surfaces and exposed materials that are kept in their original state.
Villa Maillard / D’HOUNDT+BAJART Architectes&associés
Named after its architect, the Villa Maillard is a landmark building on Avenue de la Marne heading into the city of Tourcoing. Uncared for and neglected for a long time, the Villa Maillard is now fully renovated and expanded to host eight social housing units in the heart of a splendid garden.
Camper Store / Oficina Penadés
The first meeting Jorge had with the Camper team was in a warehouse in Binissalem, a small village in the center of Mallorca. Mainly used as a storage space for old camper shops that have been refurbished and updated, it also works as a sort of archive with custom-made pieces from Michele de Lucci, Gaetano Pesce, Ingo Maurer, The Bouroullec Brothers or Konstantin Grcic.
Redbridge School / ARX Portugal Arquitetos
Redbridge is a new international school located in the heart of Lisbon, in the popular neighborhood of Campo de Ourique.
