The “Corredor 963” project is located in Santa Catarina, N.L., adjacent to CEDIM, and presents itself as a pavilion with a construction area of approximately 10 m2. It was conceived and executed by students of Architecture and Urban Strategies at CEDIM.
Mirai Restaurante Japonês is an icon in the city, known not only for its exceptional cuisine but also for its distinctive architecture and welcoming atmosphere. The architectural design is an extension of the owner’s identity and history, providing guests with an immersive experience of Japanese culture from the moment they enter the establishment.
Arriving at Casa Mendoza is at least, a challenge. It is located in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, at the convergence of an urban grid layout and an elevated railway infrastructure. The lot is located on a corner where the streets, instead of crossing the tracks, culminate in them. Green slopes create an environment where the cosmopolitan and the neighborhood coexist between a busy street and a dead-end street.
The spatial design project for the 43rd edition of the ARCOmadrid fair is conceived as a large Domestic Urbanism, as a true pop-up city, purely interior, which develops over 5 days within pavilions 7 and 9 of IFEMA. In formal terms, the project advocates for the emancipation of materials, construction systems, and fair ecologies to generate a unique Object-Oriented Urbanism. From a conceptual point of view, ARCO43 develops simultaneously at two scales: urban and architectural.
The house Bättig stands between the edge of the settlement and the adjacent pasture areas on a hillside property in Valchava in Val Müstair (Switzerland). Adapted to the building plot and its topography, the house was planted in an elongated shape in the site.
The Lake Tahoe Cabins is comprised of three discrete structures that traverse the rugged and complex Crystal Bay shoreline. Each cabin is strategically arranged around the site’s elemental intricacies with distinct connections to the Tahoe landscape and lakefront below.
The serene house is an invitation to connect with the inner world, well-being, and tranquility. It is an environment that assumes a pulsating visual poetics and welcoming, radiating serenity.
The house is located at the highest elevation, providing a privileged view over the valley. The adaptation to the topography and its interior organization around a patio optimize solar exposure and natural ventilation while providing a crossover of views between indoor and outdoor spaces.
In May 2022, the “Lin Pan Cloud Eye” Rural Neighborhood Center was completed, which took 8 months from conceptual design to on-site acceptance. The Dayi Yunshang Rural Neighborhood covers an area of approximately 11,000 acres and is located in Qingxia Town, Dayi. The project base is about 50 50-minute drive from Chengdu city along the Cheng Wen Qiong Expressway.
From Entre Nos Central Atelier, we seek to accompany, design, and develop an architecture that promotes material and immaterial well-being with the active participation of our clients. The design premise established with the Fletcher Family was to develop, within a limited budget, a compact functional space that could move among and with the preexisting trees. The ‘Tree House’ is located in Alegría Village; a new ecological neighborhood in the rural hills of San Mateo, Alajuela, Costa Rica, dedicated to the best practices in design and regenerative living.
