The “Hikari Laboratories” project is located in a conservation building in Benei Atarot, a settlement in Israel that contains 120 years of history in a rare and mesmerizing Templar construction. Into what used to be a family barn, a concept hall was weaved with multi-use functions.

Casa de Zanotta is the first Zanotta furniture museum in China that exhibits the famous Italian furniture brand Zanotta. Since it was founded by Aurelio Zanotta in 1954, Zanotta has been pursuing a unique yet luxurious and elegant design tone, and the brand is full of creativity and artistic leadership. Casa de Zanotta is located in the central area of Hefei, Anhui Province. The site is surrounded by residential and office buildings, parking lots, and vast traffic arteries. Looking back over the past 20 years, Hefei has tried to become a metropolitan city like Shanghai or Shenzhen. The high-density concrete city is based on the premise of creating a functionally oriented urban texture, but it gradually runs counter to its unique local topography and environment.

In the neighborhood of Palermo, Buenos Aires City, there is a Building of professional studios where two workspaces were projected with completely different uses sharing a single space. A Pottery Studio (Huella Studio) and an architecture studio (NBBO Architects) live together daily in a single loft.

The 4th floor of the Hyundai Department Store Pangyo branch has been renewed following The Hyundai Seoul. U-PLEX on the fourth floor is a shopping space for the MZ generation and all customers who enjoy a youthful lifestyle and has been designed as a unique premium space with a sense of YOUNG VIBE.

Archivepke is a women’s bag and shoe brand with a simple but classic style, embodied in their offline showroom Archivepke Atelier. Archivepke Atelier’s space concept was conceived from within the Archivepke brand itself.  The brand’s vintage feel comes from its use of colors and materials which harks back to the mid-century, the pinnacle of modern design and the golden age of design furniture. Its specific concept was inspired by the works of a number of designers that wholly exemplifies the mid-century aesthetic including Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Gerrit Rietveld.

QUAN is located in Sanchongdingkan Industrial Zone, Taiwan. It is a typical street house commonly seen in Taiwan. It shares the same violent and unregulated architectural forms as the surrounding environment, such as iron cover and illegal construction. The building skin has experienced traces of use over time. After the site survey, we found that this area has a unique urban context and historical traces, which also triggers how we locate QUAN.

Inside a plastic processing plant, a space once intended only to accommodate industrial materials was redefined to be flexible and multi-functional: a comfortable area where workers can rest during the busy workday and a dedicated showroom for clients and visitors.
