Designing the new Mariah Rovery workshop and the first store of her Flex brand in the heart of Pinheiros, in São Paulo, was a beautiful challenge. The chosen property, a semi-detached house from the 1950s, demanded the rescue of its personality, amplifying the relationship with the street, in an invitation to freedom and expressiveness so dear to the brand.
Neo-store and town square. The Vistabella neighborhood has a frenetic commercial activity. In addition, its “duck square”, the garden where those from the neighborhood meet, also has a very close relationship with the meaning of the word “square”. The square as a place of meeting, exchange, and relationships. The SG flagship store at Dhanmills, New Delhi, is the latest by Renesa in retail, a project that builds a space bringing the select elements from Renesa’s portfolio to exhibit the finest pieces of SG’s designs. Quiet luxury makes itself known through the minimal elegant design of the navigational common spaces opening into distinctively designed sections, each identified by the SG collection they display and the design philosophy they showcase. This division of space through visual elements, along with varied scales and the funneled circulation, creates easy navigation even for the first-time user, letting the emotions the to-be bride and groom carry for their special day continue to remain at the center stage.

In the secondary room, located in the posterior area, we can find the administration area as well as the coffee zone. Both constructions are facing to an internal courtyard used for meetings, events, and courses.
There is a group of abandoned granaries in Tangkou Town, Kaiping City, Jiangmen, the famous hometown of overseas Chinese and the location of the World Cultural Heritage Diaolou Group in Guangdong Province. Due to its historical value and unique form, Librairie Avant-grade is located here. The bookstore hopes to revitalize and reuse the abandoned silos, creating a special quality of bookstore space for the first rural bookstore of Librairie Avant-grade in South China region. There are a total of seven buildings to be renovated for the bookstore. In addition of five granaries is to repair them, mainly the roof of the granaries. By using the original technology to repair and rebuild the top of the silo, the problem of leakage on the roof has been solved, and its original appearance has been basically maintained.
A flagship store for Gelato Messina and most likely the only store in Adelaide (for a while). The clients wanted the materials to be robust and long-lasting and the design to be unique and memorable. The fit-out channels the original Messina aesthetic of a bit retro and a bit mid-century. There is a leaning toward the use of terrazzo and tiles, referencing the yellow terrazzo porch of the attached house (and future restaurant) and as materials that connect to the Aus-Italian housing typologies of suburban Australia.
